Creating an Account
Creating your account is the first step to accessing our services. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Davensi homepage and click on "Sign Up".
Step 2: Pick the customer information, country and goal that fits you best.
Step 3: Enter your email address and create a secure password. We recommend using a unique and complex password for security.
Step 4: Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by checking the box.
Step 5: Click "Sign up" to create your account.
After signing up, check your email inbox for a confirmation email from Davensi. Click on the verification link in the email to activate your account. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder or try resending the email from the sign-up page.
Step 6: Enter your first name, last name, country, phone number and click "Save".
Congrats! Your Davensi account is created. You will now be redirected to the Davensi platform and will be prompted to complete your KYC or KYB.
Logging In
Once you have verified your email, you’re ready to log in.
Step 1: Go to the Davensi homepage and click on "Log In".
Step 2: Enter your email address and password created during sign-up.
Step 3: If you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security, you will be prompted to enter a code sent to your mobile device, email address or authenticator app.
If you have trouble logging in:
Click "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Passing Compliance Verifications
To comply with regulatory standards, Davensi requires users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) or Know Your Business (KYB) verification process.
After logging in, you will be prompted to "Kindly complete your KYC journey to enjoy our services". Click the "Link" in the red band, which will initiate the identity verification process.
Step 1: Legal Information
Fill in the Legal Information section. You will be asked to specify if you want to Invest as an Individual or to Invest with your Company.
Declare if you are a US Citizen or not.
Step 2: Financial Information
This section allow us to understand you better and to cater our services for your needs. This questionnaire will associate a risk score to your profile, based on the answers you provide.
The following topics are covered in this questionnaire:
Professionnal situation
Origine of funds
Industry sector
Annual gross income
Annual expenses
Estimated net worth
Estimated yearly investments
You will be prompted to upload identification documents, such as a passport or government-issued ID. Ensure the documents are clear and legible.
Step 3: You may also need to complete an address verification by submitting a utility bill or bank statement.
Step 4: Complete any additional required information as prompted (e.g., nationality, purpose of account usage).
Note: Davensi conducts Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure safe and compliant account usage. The verification process usually takes 1-3 business days, and you will be notified via email upon completion. Please make sure all submitted documents are up-to-date and accurate to avoid delays.
Davensi is registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under the number E2023-063. Find the official whitelisting from the AMF.
